Responsibilities/Qualifications are:
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food purchasing, and preparation of foods in food service environment
  • Ability to manage budget and personnel
  • Ability to implement policy and procedures
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related major, or a Bachelor's degree in any other major with one year of food service experience, or an Associate degree in nutrition or related major with one year of food service experience or a High school diploma/GED with three years of food service experience.
